History of Biryani & the beginning of Waah! Hyderabadi

What began as an experiment in the kitchens of the Nizam of Hyderabad, for past 100 years or more the dish “ Dum Biryani” is considered synonymous with the city of Hyderabad.

Not every Biryani is a “Hyderabadi Dum Biryani”.

After struggling to find that authentic taste which comes with rich flavours of spices & high quality ingredients, we took it personal to serve delicious Hyderabadi cuisine to the lovers of “Rich Dum Biryani”.

We at “Waah! Hyderabadi” have filled more than 2 lakh+ plates within a year of cooking the most loved “Hyderabadi Dum” delicacies. We compliment our Rich Moghul flavours with traditional Andhra delicacies to our customers.
